Candace Crowe, President, Creative Director

A detail-oriented perfectionist, Candace is recognized by clients and colleagues as a consummate professional who is a delight to work with. An award-winning designer, her particular skill is to listen to plastic surgeons’ needs and goals, then conceptualize and produce spectacular results that achieve well-defined objectives. A graduate of Florida State University, Candace built her firm based on integrity, passion, and a rich history of producing results for her clients. Today she continues to manage the provisioning of the very latest in interactive technology, delivering key messages and cross promotion of services in a format embraced by your patients and prospects.

Austin, Bookkeeping & Asset Management

Austin literally grew up in the advertising business and has leveraged that experience to keep our agency running smoothly. When you have to put your finger on something... quickly... Austin is the man to see. Highly detailed and multi-task oriented, he brings an energy to the table that’s contagious. Essentially, Austin keeps things moving, always with the goal of creating new efficiencies for our systems and for our clients.

Rachel, Client Services/Project Manager

Graphic designer, copywriter, proofreader, media buyer, marketing director... where do we begin? This graduate of the University of Central Florida and Project Manager has truly been there and done that, handling the day-to-day activity here, which includes distributing jobs to the appropriate designer or programmer and making sure deadlines are met. Tall order? Not for Rachel.

You see, a large portion of her education and work experience is in the medical field. She began college as pre-med, majoring in chemistry and forensic science and worked for a local, renowned orthopaedic practice, where she gained significant medical knowledge. More recently, she was the Marketing Director and graphic designer for a medical spa in Frisco, Texas.

The hectic environment of a medical practice is practically where Rachel cut her teeth, so she’s totally on board with your schedules, your challenges, and your needs.

Lynn, Office/Marketing Assistant

Born and raised in the Windy City, Lynn left Chi-town to attend the University of Central Florida, study marketing, and go to the beach. Now Lynn is our Office and Marketing Assistant, handling multiple assignments and leveraging her extensive experience dealing with marketing and promotional challenges.

On the personal side, her passions are shopping, travel, anything outdoors, and her dog Teddy. Oh, yes, one other thing... Lynn es bilingüe, which means she speaks English and Spanish. Good for her and particularly good for our bi-lingual clients.

Bryan, Lead Programmer/Multimedia Developer

Bryan began his educational career in Maryland studying zoology until a most unfortunate squirrel riot, in the late ‘90s, put a swift end to his dreams of rodent research. After a grueling recovery, Bryan was looking for a new environment and a change of pace. Somewhere along the way, he missed a key turn and unwittingly found himself in Orlando. With an empty gas tank and a heart full of dreams, he decided to make a go of it.

Bryan comes to Candace Crowe Design with a background in web and multimedia development, receiving both an A.S. degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia and a B.A. in Digital Media. His education, coupled with experience as a web design and Adobe Flash instructor at Valencia Community College, bring a fresh perspective to any design project.

Not one to get squirrelly in any digital environment, Bryan carries the ball when any new media project comes through the office, adding his personal style and experience to everything from a new website to any of our Revenez patient education presentations.

Tina, Copywriter

Professional, polished, creative writing that makes people want to know more about you – that’s our copywriter’s job in a nutshell. A lifelong learner herself, Tina has made education the cornerstone of her writing career. Tina brings a decade's worth of experience working in the textbook publishing industry. Combining skills in technical research, instructional writing, and copywriting, Tina enjoys making complex information accessible to the average person. Versatility is Tina’s middle name when it comes to putting words together. She knows how to write for virtually any kind of print or web-based media. And what she doesn’t already know, she is willing to learn.
