56 year old female that was concerned with her droopy breasts and the loss of upper pole fullness chose to undergo a bilateral breast augmentation with a breast lift using Natrelle Inspira Style SRM 255cc on the left and 295cc on the right. Galaflex mesh was also used to reinforce the soft tissue.
