This patient had a breast augmentation with saline in 2008. She returned in 2018 for a revision, desiring larger implants and silicone gel. The saline implants were removed and replaced with Allergan Natrelle Inspira SSX silicone gel breast implants in the same submuscular plane using 750mL on right and 700mL on left.
The patient is extremely happy with her larger, soft breasts!
