38-year-old female patient previously had breast augmentation with saline implants with Dr. Mobley. Since that time she had children and breastfed for approximately 26 months and started an intense weight training program. She expressed her concerns with her saline implants, noticing rippling. She decided to undergo bilateral implant exchange from Saline implants to SRX Natrelle Inspira Silicone implants. Dr. Mobley also used GaleFlex Mesh to help support the size increase of implants. Prior to this revision surgery patient had Saline 400cc implants and increased her size to 580cc implants.
