68-year-old female that underwent a breast augmentation with another doctor and was now interested in a revision. Her implants were high, breasts low, and had bilateral capsular contractures. She also desired a correction of the drooping and nipples to be centered on breast mound. Following a detailed discussion of her options she elected to proceed with removing her old implants (mentor 375 cc) and replacing them with Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch 365 cc silicone implants.
