This month’s focus is “Keeping Your Patients”
I’m getting lots of calls about how will I keep my patients? What do I do now? What’s the best use of my time?
First of all, take care of your patients and employees. Educate, answer questions, keep them safe and show them you care. If you don’t why should they come back to you? Now is the time for empathy, compassion and a pause from self promotions.
- Tip 1: Update your website.
Review your website for any updates you need to make. Work with your provider to see what payment options they can offer. - TIP 2: Work on your before & after gallery.
Before and afters build trust. Upload before and afters to your website gallery. Download best practices. Learn more about BRAG book before and after gallery. - TIP 3: Reach out and ask for reviews.
Good reviews build trust. People are more willing to help now. - TIP 4: Educate, educate, educate.
Create pre- and post-op videos. Write out in detail, who is your “perfect” patient for each procedure, and talk into the camera just like you would in information spoken directly to that patient. - TIP 5: Identify your mission and strategy.
Why are you in practice? Where are you going? How do you plan to get there?
When we go back to work, I guarantee you there will be a wait list to get a hair cut, injectable treatments, Emsculpt / CoolSculpt and even plastic surgery. So, do things now that will help you when we get back to work.
As a family business, we get it. Let us know what we can do to help.
Stay safe and stay smiling,
Candace & Team
