Podcast Summary:
Running an aesthetic medical practice is a challenging endeavor whether it’s a solo practice or a multiple-provider practice. The demands are substantial from managing patient care and staying current with evolving medical technologies to handling administrative tasks and marketing. Without the support of a larger team, the practitioner must juggle everything from client consultations and treatments to inventory management and financial planning. This can lead to burnout, reduced efficiency, and less time to focus on providing the best possible patient care. This is where hiring the right consultant can pay dividends.
In this podcast, we explore how BrinsonAnderson Consulting works with aesthetic practices from all aspects of hiring and onboarding, to administrative and financial, and even being someone to call when everything goes sideways. Listen in as we explore specific stories of how Amy and Mara have been there to guide their clients.

3. The devil’s in the details.
Creating standard operating procedures is a big part of what great consultants can do for you. Sometimes you don’t know you need a procedure until you’ve dealt with a difficult situation. One of the best ways to do this is through volunteering.
