New Years 

The week of New Year’s is the perfect time to promote treatments and procedures that will make your patients excited and hopeful for the possibilities the new year will bring.

  • Example: “New Year, New You” Say hello to a slimmer you: CoolSculpting can help men and women get rid of unwanted bulges by freezing away fat cells, non-surgically and with no downtime. Patients who book an abdomen treatment by [enter date] will receive up to $xx savings on their customized treatment package.

Valentine’s Day

This is the perfect holiday to promote self care and wellness! And don’t forget about the unofficial Galentine’s Day holiday, too (February 13th). These special are great examples:

  • Example: “Double The Love This Valentine’s Day” Bring your BFF with you for a complimentary skin care consultation and receive a $50 gift card towards any purchase. Valid through [enter date]. 
  • Example: Save 20% On All Eye Creams During February. 
  • Example: Love Your Lips, Lose Your Lines, Injection Special. Enjoy $50 savings on one syringe of Juvederm® family. $100 savings on any 2 syringes. And $200 savings on any 3 syringes of the Juvederm® family.
Spring

Springtime is an excellent time to promote treatments and procedures that serve as a refresher. And with Summer coming up, you’ll want to start promoting treatments that help your patients start to work towards the summer body they want.

  • Example: Spring Renewal for Eyes. Purchase Latisse and Lumiere (for example, you can use any product you want) and receive a free gift (be sure to mention the value that your patient is getting for free)
  • Example: Reduce Wrinkles. Save on Botox® 40 Units for just $450.00

Saint Patrick’s Day

Mother’s Day 

Mother’s Day is the most popular holiday of the year – it is one you cannot miss! Mother’s Day doesn’t need to be just one day, you can celebrate it the whole month. BOGO deals are really great for this holiday for a Mother + Daughter or Mother + Partner combo treatment. See examples below.

  • Example: A Treat for Mom, a Treat for You – Purchase a gift card for any amount between now and Mother’s Day and receive a credit of 20% of the value of the card toward a non-surgical treatment for yourself. 
  • Example: “Someone Special” Mother’s Day Special –  Prepay for 2 treatments and save 20% on the total.

Pride Month (June)

Let your patients know just how important it is that your practice is a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ Community by celebrating Pride Month in June.

Father’s Day

Treatments for men are increasing in popularity, especially Hydrafacials. Don’t let Father’s Day slip by without treating the men in your life!

Back to School 

Once your patients’ children are back to school, it’s a great time to promote packages that moms can use throughout the school year for some “me time”.

  • Example: Save 25% on Coolsculpting. Comes with complimentary consultation. Treatment must be purchased by [enter date].
Juvederm Day 

August 16th, 2023 was the first ever Juvederm day! From this point on, Juvederm Day will be held annually on the third Wednesday of August. This is a great opportunity to offer some really great packages and special offers. Be sure to login to their marketing portal for any premade graphics they may have for you to post. For Alle members only.

End of Summer 

The end of summer is a great time to reduce inventory of summertime products and start promoting products for the fall and winter.

  • Example: Summer may be ending but the fun doesn’t have to! Save 25% on all sunscreens.
  • Example: End of Summer Savings. Save $75 on Dermaplane Micropeel Facial. Only $600 for a Package of 3.
  • Example: Fun in The Sun Specials! 
    • Save $50 on all Injectables
    • 20% savings on Microneedling, INTRAcel, Hair Removal, and Laser Treatments
    • 25% savings on Emsculpt
    • 25% savings on Coolsculpting
Halloween

We love getting creative during spooky season! There are so many different ways to promote products, procedures, and treatments. Try packaging! Here are a few examples:

  • Example: Help Fill Our Graveyard. Bring your old, useless skincare product containers empty or not, and save 10% on our skincare products all month long.
  • Example: Dare to Purchase a Devilish Deal! 66 units of Botox® for $666 
  • Example: Will You Find the Hidden Treat? To celebrate Halloween, have a spooky treasure hunt. Hide a ‘treat’ on one of your website pages (a previous client of ours hid a cute little pumpkin with a logo on theirs). To win the prize, patients will look through the pages about the treatments and services you offer and when they find the treat, have them take a screenshot and email it to you. The first person to find it will win a FREE treatment (we recommend something like Hydrafacial) and the next two winners will save 20% on a treatment (we recommend fillers, like Botox!) This should be in an email, link to your website at the bottom so patients can start their search!
Fall 

As a new season begins, so can new promotions. Get refreshed after a summer in the sun with Hydrafacial, get photo ready for the holidays with fillers, and feel good in your body for the upcoming holiday season with treatments like Coolsculpting or Microneedling.

  • Example: Take advantage of our Fall Special and save xx% on any surgery booked prior to [enter date] and scheduled through [enter date]. Call now.
  • Example: Fall Skin Care Specials.
    • Package of 3 microneedling treatments for $900. ($400 savings, regularly priced at $1,300).
    • Buy 2 full syringes of any of the Juvederm® Family of Filler and receive $150 in savings.
  • Example: Receive 2 free cycles of Coolsculpting (a $1,200 value) or save $500 when you schedule a breast augmentation and complete surgery by [enter date]. Cannot be combined with other procedures.
Dysport Day

Similar to Juvederm Day and Botox Day (see below), November 8th is Dysport Day. Save the date and celebrate the long-lasting results of this prescription injection. In order to take advantage of exclusive offers, patients must be ASPIRE Galderma Rewards members. 

Botox Day 

The first ever Botox Day was November 18th, 2019! From then on, Botox Day has been on the third Wednesday of November. Similar to Juvederm Day, this event is for Alle members only and the offerings are always out of this world. Be sure to login to your marketing portal to access premade graphics from Allergan.

Thanksgiving

As the holiday season approaches, it makes for a great time to promote treatments that improve the appearance of the skin. Try promoting fillers, microneedling, and other non-surgical treatments for the face. 

  • Example: “Make every photo a keeper.” Enjoy 20% savings on Botox and the Juvederm collection of fillers by Allergan the week before the big family holiday. Pre-holiday appointments will go quickly, be sure to request your appointment today.
  • Example: Thanksgiving Neck Treatments. A promotional email about all the neck treatments you offer. Give a description of each in your email and include before and after images as well as a request consultation button under each.

Black Friday 

Our clients have found a lot of success by doing Black Friday specials. One in particular generated $59,152 from his online store in just one day. The secret? Packages. Read more about it here

  • Example: CoolSculpting®  – Customized Body Sculpting. 8 treatment package.  Normally $6,400 for $4,400! (Save $2,000) 
  • Example: Purchase 3 Hydrafacial Platinums at $225 each (regularly $250) and receive 1 bonus Dermaplaning treatment (save $250) – Total purchase $675 for package (must be used within 1 year)

Try offering some Stocking Stuffers or Gift Card Specials that your patients can gift their friends and family for the holidays! 

  • Example: Discount on skincare products 
  • Example: Discount vitamins 
  • Example: Gift cards with a 10% bonus with purchase. Purchase a $100 gift card and receive $110. Purchase $1,000 and receive $1,100. Available in any amount up to $2,500.
Christmas 

This holiday really can be the most wonderful time of the year! Reward your patients with something fun and unexpected like special codes or 12 Days of Christmas Deals! 

  • Example: Christmas Savings with Code. Send an email letting your patients know that they can save 15% on all online or in-person purchases and spread good cheer! Gifts for friends, gifts for you, gifts for all those dear. “Save now through [enter date] or while supplies last.” Provide a code like ‘HOLIDAY15’ for patients to use at check out. Be sure to provide your patients with a button that says “show now” at the end of your email. 
  • Example: 12 Days of Christmas Deals: “On the first day of Christmas Dr. [enter name here] gave to me…”
