53-year-old female that underwent a breast augmentation years ago with INAMED Style 68MP 360cc saline implants filled to 390cc. The patient was interested in removing her old saline implants and replacing them with silicone implants. Following a detailed discussion of her options she elected to proceed with a bilateral vertical mastopexy with interposed implant exchange, capsulorrhaphy and Galaflex Mesh for reinforcement of capsulorrhaphy and pocket. Natrelle Inspira Style SCF, 415cc Cohesive silicone breast implants were used to replace the patients old saline implants.
