Patient is a 60-year-old female who is concerned with facial aging and hollow cheek area. She is particularly concerned about skin laxity along the jaw line and in the submental area with excess skin In addition she notes excess skin of the upper lids and lower lids. Finally she is concerned about upper lip moderate rhytids and actinic damage to her facial skin which is created widespread pigmentary changes. She underwent facial rejuvenation surgery including a facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, full face fat grafting, and full face fractional laser.
