55-year-old female who underwent bilateral breast augmentation in 2001. She had 300 mL style 68 MgGhan saline implants placed through an inframammary incision in the submuscular position and filled to 320 mL bilaterally. Then in 2015 she noticed a gradual decrease in size of the right breast. She chose to remove and replace her implants with Allergan Natrelle Inspira Style SRF 415cc silicone gel. The patient also underwent a vertical mastopexy, capsulorrhaphy and Galaflex Mesh for tissue support.
