36-year-old female that was concerned with her small breasts and a right mammary contour deformity caused by benign tissue removal. Following a detailed consultation the patient chose to proceed with a bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation using Mentor smooth, round moderate plus style 2000 saline implants (375cc filled to 450cc on the right and 250cc filled to 300cc on the left). She also had fat grafting to the right breast to improve the contour deformity.
